BUYER COMMISSION:

  • 1.5% of the value of the sale’s price.

Our agency commission covers many important services which we provide for the buyer during the purchasing process: discuss his requests, organizing of viewings, search for properties as per criteria set by the client, legal assistance, talking with banks when credit is needed, full checks on the title deeds and the ownership, preparation of all necessary paperwork with the notary, negotiations with the sellers, communication, representation and closing of the deal.

SELLER COMMISSION:

  • 3% of the value of the sale’s price.

Our agency commission covers many important services which we provide for the seller during the selling process: listing process, consulting the sales price, organize photo and video of the property, marketing the property in our website and other marketing channels, organizing of viewings with potential buyers, legal assistance, full checks on the ownership papers, preparation of all necessary paperwork with the notary, negotiations with the buyer, communication, representation and closing of the deal,

 

LESSOR COMMISSION:

  • One month rent for long rent contracts 1-3 years.
  • Two-month rents for long rent contracts 3-6 years.
  • Three-month rents for long rent contracts over 6 years.
  • For short-term rents less than 1 year – 10% of the total rental Price

Our agency commission covers many important services which we provide for the lessor during the renting process: listing process, consulting the renting price, organize photo and video of the property, marketing the property in our website and other marketing channels, organizing of viewings with potential lessee, legal assistance, full checks on the ownership papers, preparation of all necessary paperwork with the notary, negotiations, representation and closing of the deal

LESSEE COMMISSION:

50% of the first monthly rent for rent contracts 1-2 years.

One month rent for rent contracts over 2 years.
