TIRANA tax each leased environment will be calculated through a formula that would be based on the nature of the facility, its location and the reference price set by the Government. The new formula of the Council of Ministers defines as price reference minimum value monthly rent for 1m2 area of residential apartments in the city where the object, which in any case shall be not less than 0.3 percent of the sales price of it.
